- You provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process. Submission of false identity information is grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances.
- You hold only one (1) account on the daka88 platform. Opening duplicate accounts, even under different payment details or devices, is a material breach of these Terms.
- You are not a current employee, contractor, officer, director, or close family member of a daka88 employee, where such participation would represent a conflict of interest.
2. Account Terms
Each account is strictly personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or allow any other person to use your account. daka88 will treat all activity carried out under your login credentials as your own, regardless of whether the activity was authorised by you.
You are responsible for keeping your username and password confidential. You must notify daka88 support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. daka88 will never contact you to ask for your password by any channel.
You may request closure of your account at any time by contacting support. Any remaining balance of real funds (excluding uncleared bonus funds) will be returned to your registered payment method after verification, provided no outstanding wagering requirements remain.
daka88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, if it reasonably believes that a breach of these Terms has occurred, or if required to do so by applicable law, regulation, or the instructions of a relevant authority.
3. Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on the daka88 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The platform supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and select debit/credit cards (Visa, Mastercard) issued by Bangladeshi financial institutions including Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, and others.
- Minimum deposit: ā§ŗ300 per transaction via mobile wallet. Minimums for card deposits may vary.
- Maximum deposit: Limits are displayed in your account dashboard and may be adjusted based on account verification status and responsible gaming settings.
- Withdrawal eligibility: You may only withdraw funds to a payment method registered and verified in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances.
- Withdrawal processing time: Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are typically processed within minutes during BST operating hours (08:00â23:00). Processing times for other methods may vary.
- Verification hold: First-time withdrawals, large withdrawals, or withdrawals following a change to account details are subject to identity verification checks before processing.
- Dormant accounts: Accounts with no login activity for 180 consecutive days are considered dormant. An administrative fee may apply to dormant account balances in accordance with our dormancy policy communicated at the time of inactivity notice.
- Currency: daka88 does not convert currencies. All balances are held in BDT. No foreign exchange transactions are performed by the platform.
4. Bonuses & Promotions
daka88 offers a variety of promotional offers including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bet credits, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All promotional offers are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms stated within the individual promotion:
- Bonuses are available to one account per household, device, IP address, and payment method. Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times constitutes fraud.
- Bonus funds are credited separately from real money funds. Real money funds are used first in gameplay unless otherwise specified.
- Wagering requirements must be completed in full before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each promotion's specific terms.
- daka88 reserves the right to cancel, modify, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to honouring obligations already incurred.

- In the event of a dispute regarding bonus eligibility or calculation, daka88's determination is final and binding.
- Certain games may contribute at different rates towards wagering requirements. Live casino games, for example, may contribute at a reduced rate compared to slots. Contribution rates are listed in the promotion-specific terms.
5. Betting & Gaming Rules
The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on the daka88 platform. Sport-specific and game-specific rules are available within the relevant game or market pages.
- Bet acceptance: daka88 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any bet at its sole discretion, including bets placed on markets that have been opened or priced in error.
- Obvious errors: Bets placed on markets affected by a manifest pricing error (e.g., odds significantly misquoted due to a technical fault) will be voided. daka88 will notify affected players and return their stake.
- Minimum and maximum stakes: Applicable per market and displayed at the point of bet placement. daka88 may apply individual stake limits to specific accounts where warranted.
- Settlement: Bets are settled according to the official result of the relevant event, as determined by the recognised governing body (e.g., ICC for cricket, FIFA for football). daka88's settlement decision is final.
- Abandoned events: If an event is abandoned, cancelled, or postponed beyond the permitted rescheduling window, all pre-match bets will be voided and stakes returned unless otherwise stated in sport-specific rules.
- In-play betting: Live in-play bets are accepted subject to market availability. daka88 may suspend in-play markets at any time during an event without notice. Bets already accepted before suspension remain valid.

6. Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the daka88 platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances (both real money and bonus), and legal action where appropriate:
- Using automated bots, scripts, or software to place bets, harvest data, or interact with the platform in any automated manner.
- Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain. Any such gains will be reversed and the account suspended pending review.
- Colluding with other players in poker, live casino, or any other multiplayer game format to gain an unfair advantage.
- Engaging in match-fixing, insider betting, or any form of corrupt wagering in connection with sporting events.
- Providing false identity information, impersonating another person, or using another person's payment method.
- Using the platform for any purpose related to money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other criminal activity.
- Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or otherwise tamper with the platform's software, security systems, or data infrastructure.
- Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing communication with daka88 support staff or other players.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, daka88 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform or its services. This includes but is not limited to losses arising from service interruptions, technical failures, delayed settlements, data loss, or unauthorised account access resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
daka88 makes no warranty, express or implied, that the platform will be available continuously, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated where possible, but unplanned outages may occur.
daka88 is not responsible for any losses incurred as a result of internet connectivity issues on the player's end, device compatibility problems, or third-party payment processing delays outside daka88's direct control.
Nothing in these Terms operates to limit or exclude liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability which cannot be excluded by law.
8. Intellectual Property
All content published on the daka88 platform â including but not limited to the daka88 brand name, logo, website design, text, graphics, game interfaces, promotional materials, and software â is the exclusive intellectual property of daka88 or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, or commercially exploit any portion of the platform's content without prior written consent from daka88.
